Le Sueur County Drainage Info:
Le Sueur County has 236 miles of open ditches and 27 miles of tiled drainage systems. Consisting of 58 total drainage systems, 49 County Ditches and 9 Judicial Ditches. The Le Sueur County Board of Commissioners is the Ditch Authority for all Le Sueur County Ditches.

County Ditch 58 - Lake Henry Outlet Modification Hearing
Purpose: The Le Sueur County Board of Commissioners, Drainage Authority for Le Sueur County, will hold a public hearing on the Petition of the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources requesting to modify a portion of Le Sueur County Ditch 58 to install an outlet structure to manage discharges from Lake Henry back into CD 58.

County Ditch 15 - Redetermination of Benefits Final Hearing Continued
Purpose: The Le Sueur County Board of Commissioners, Drainage Authority for Le Sueur County, will hold a final hearing on the Viewers’ Report of Benefits and Damages for the redetermination of benefits.

County Ditch 9, 15, 36, 51, 51 Lateral 1 Spur 2, 59, 68 - Redetermination of Benefits Final Hearing
Purpose: The Le Sueur County Board of Commissioners, Drainage Authority for Le Sueur County, will hold a final hearing on the Viewers’ Report of Benefits and Damages for the redetermination of benefits. Public comment will be accepted regarding the Viewers' Reports.

DrainageDB Online Portal:
Le Sueur County has purchased with grant funding from BWSR a drainage portal. Through this portal you can access drainage system information, the status of repairs and historic documents.
This software is a comprehensive web-based drainage management portal this is used by many Minnesota counties and watershed districts to track ditch system proceedings. Through Drainagedb, Le Sueur County is able to offer 24/7 online access to historical and present documents for public view. These documents may include original plan maps, orders by the Drainage Authority, petitions for repairs and improvements, inspection reports, meeting and hearing notices, and redetermination documents.
It is our goal to have all ditch files available on this site, however, at this time we are focusing on uploading current documents. If you would like to request information on a specific ditch file, please email daniblaschko@co.le-sueur.mn.us
