Lower Minnesota River East One Watershed One Plan

The Lower Minnesota River East Comprehensive Watershed Management Plan is completed and implementation efforts are well underway!  The plan was approved in September 2024 and covers a portion of the Lower Minnesota River Watershed.  Le Sueur County, Le Sueur County Soil and Water Conservation District, Rice County, Rice Soil and Water Conservation District, and Scott Soil and Water Conservation District all partnered together for implementation efforts within this watershed and apart of the Lower Minnesota River East Watershed (LoMRE) Partnership.
