Assessment (Construction):  The assessments are payable over 10 years beginning in 2022. The interest rate is 2.25%. Le Sueur County will be filing a lien with the Recorders office for anyone that has not paid by November 30, 2021. We do not accept credit card payments for the assessment. You will have to pay by check, cash or money order.

The WJSD Annual meeting is tentatively set for Wednesday, June 10, 2026 at 6 p.m. 

The 2027 monthly sewer rate and usage rate will be determined during the 2027 User Fee Public Hearing on December 1, 2026 at 5:50 p.m. during the County Board meeting. 

The 2026 monthly sewer rate is $63.00/per month. The usage rate set by the City of Cleveland is $9.46 per 1,000 gallons. (Adopted 12/2/25)

The 2025 monthly sewer rate is $60.00/per month. The usage rate is $9.00 per 1,000 gallons. (Adopted 12/4/24)

The 2024 monthly sewer rate is $60.00/per month. The usage rate is $8.41 per 1,000 gallons. (Adopted 12/12/23)
