Grantors shall not erect any structure under, on, across or within the Easement
Area without obtaining the prior written consent of County. Grantors may pave over and use the Easement Area for
parking, but shall take reasonable measures to protect any above ground or
at-grade improvements. The Easement includes the right of the County
to remove any object, including landscaping, trees, shrubs, timber and wood,
which in the opinion of the County or its contractors will interfere with the
sanitary sewer, which includes a prohibition on planning trees or shrubs within
five feet of the grinder pump and sewer line once installed.
