Report a Concern or Complaint

Have you seen something that may have negatively impacted the environment?  You may submit a concern and complaint form to our department either by email, mail, or drop it off at the Environmental Services Department. 

Le Sueur County Environmental Services & Planning and Zoning Concern and Complaint Form

• To report Noxious Weeds or Pesticide Applications, please contact the Le Sueur County Agricultural Inspector.
• To report sewage concerns, illegal dumping, hazardous waste, or illegal burning, please contact the Le Sueur County Environmental Services Department. 
• To report erosion and drainage concerns, please contact the Le Sueur County Environmental Services Department and the Le Sueur County Soil and Water Conservation District.
• To report wetland concerns, please contact the Le Sueur County Soil and Water Conservation District.
• To report shoreland concerns, please contact the Le Sueur County Planning and Zoning Department.
• To report zoning violations, please contact the Le Sueur County Planning and Zoning Department.

Please note this form should not be used for an emergency request.  In case of imminent danger or life-threatening potential, please call 911 for immediate assistance.  

While requests submitted are regularly monitored, a response may not be available outside of regular County business hours (Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM-4:30 PM, and Friday from 8:00AM-4:00PM).  

If you would like to send in a complaint after hours, you may also send in your complaint to the Minnesota Duty Officer.  There contact information is as follows: 1-800-422-0798.  There is always someone on call and our office will keep copies of these reports.
