Payment Options

Most court orders require payment through income withholding either through employer, unemployment benefits, worker's compensation or social security benefits. 


DIRECT INCOME WITHHOLDING

Report your employment information to your Child Support Officer to get payments setup from your employer, workman’s comp, or social security benefit. 

The Appendix A, that is a part of all Minnesota Child Support Orders, requires you to notify the Office of Child Support, the court, and the other party of any changes to your personal information within 10 days of any change. This includes:

  • residential and or mailing address
  • telephone number
  • driver's license number
  • social security number
  • employer (including changes to address or telephone number of current employer)

If you need to make additional payments, you can pay your support using one or any of the options below.

PERSONAL PAYMENT OPTIONS:

Send payment to MN Child Support Payment Center

  • Be sure to include your name & MCI # on your payment.

Pay-Near-Me

  • Pay with cash at Casey’s, 7-Eleven, CVS, Family Dollar & Wal-Mart 
  • Simply download the Pay-Near-Me app to obtain the necessary barcode or contact your Child Support Officer for a barcode
  • Fee of $1.99 for using service

MoneyGram Payment

  • Pay with cash at any Money Gram location; Walmart, Cub Foods, CVS or other independent retailer as found at hhttps://www.moneygram.com
  • Use your MCI and code # 14665
  • Fee of $3.99 for using service

Pay through MN Child Support Online

Bring/Mail payment to Le Sueur County Office (after hours use the drop box by the south entrance)
