NOTICE OF HEARING
TAX ABATEMENT
FOR THE COUNTY OF LE SUEUR
Notice is hereby given that the Le Sueur County Board of Commissioners will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, October 15, 2024 at 10:00 am, Commissioner’s Room, Le Sueur County Government Center, 88 S Park Ave, Le Center, Minnesota for consideration of granting an abatement of property taxes on PID 23.501.0010 (Lot 1, Block 1, Deutschland First Addition) to provide funds for the proposed 54 unit apartment building in the City of New Prague, County of Le Sueur.
The tax abatement revenue would be pledged for payment of financing a portion of the costs for the project.
Any person wishing to be heard with respect to the proposed tax abatement will be heard orally or in writing at the public hearing.
