Notice of Elections and Annual Town Meeting – Derrynane Township
Notice is hereby given to the qualified voters of Derrynane Township, County of Le Sueur, State of Minnesota that the Annual Election of Town Officers and Annual Town Meeting will be held at the town hall on Tuesday, March 10, 2026. In case of inclement weather, the meeting and election may be postponed until the third Tuesday, March 17, 2026, and if inclement weather also postpones the election and meeting on the third Tuesday they shall be held on March 24, 2026.
The election poll hours will be open from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm, at which time the voters will elect: one supervisor, Seat Two, for a term of three years, and one clerk, for a term of two years.
The Annual Meeting will commence at 8:03 pm to conduct any and all business provided by law.
Absentee voting will be available Saturday, March 7, 2026 from 10:00 am until 12 noon at the clerk’s residence: 31501 201st Avenue, New Prague, Minnesota.
The Board of Canvass will meet on Tuesday, March 10, 2026, following the Annual Meeting to certify official election results.

Absentee voting for the March 10, 2026 annual elections will
be at the office of the clerk at 19919 Ridge Rd., Elysian.
Voting will be available until from 10 AM to 12 Noon on
Saturday, March 7, 2026.

Public Notice Montgomery Township Annual Election and Meeting
Montgomery Township will hold its Annual Meeting on Tuesday, March 10, 2026, at 8:00 p.m. The meeting will take place at City Hall - 201 Ash Ave SW, Montgomery, MN following the township election.
Polls will open at 5:00 p.m. and remain open until 8:00 pm for in-person voting. In case of severe weather, alternate date is Tuesday, March 24, 2026, at the same time.
Absentee voting location is 1471 – 9th St SE, Montgomery, MN. Dates for drop off and voting are Saturday, March 7, 2026, 10:00 am – Noon and Monday, March 9, 2026, 4:00 pm – 5:00 pm.

Montgomery Township
PUBLIC NOTICE – Waterville Township
The citizens of the Township of Waterville, Le Sueur County, MN, who are qualified to vote at the General Elections, are hereby notified that the annual Township election will be held at the Waterville Township Hall, 419 3rd St S, Waterville, MN on Tuesday, March 10, 2026, from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.
The annual meeting will be held at 3:00 p.m. prior to the election. In case of inclement weather, the election and annual meeting will be held on the third Tuesday, March 17, 2026.
Hours available for absentee voting will be from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 noon on Saturday, March 7, 2026, at Waterville Township Hall.
Mike Kinniry has filed for election as Supervisor for a 3-year term.
The Canvass Board will meet immediately following the election to canvass the election results.
